Jesse and James return to Pokemon Technical Institute and recited their tale of failure again for Meowth. "We studied for the big test," said Jesse. "So sure we would beat the rest" said James. "And here's the part I like the best" said Meowth. "We frolicked that night for our future seemed bright," said Jesse. "But things weren't right" James said. "We got the lowest scores in the history of the school!" Jesse and James said together sadly. Meowth said they were the top of the bunch and that cheered them up. Jesse and James climbed up a tree by a window of the school. In the room Misty was going to battle and they watched from outside. Jazzelle enters the room and introduces herself. Jesse thinks that Jazzelle maybe more conceded then they are. "Yes but she is awfully cute isn't she?" James says with a twinkle in his eye. "Not as cute as Meowth" Meowth said. Jesse and James punches Meowth into the sky making a star like light with a *ping* because he was in the way and was bothering them. Jazzelle takes the match outside and Team Rocket say their motto. James has his red rose with him. Meowth falls from the sky lands in the pool and immediately jumps out saying, "I love a splashy entrance". Jazzelle heard about them and how they had the worse grades ever on the entrance exams. Jazzelle wanted to battle Team Rocket with her team (tech students). Jesse says "The two of us against all of them?!". "But the rules say one on one" James said. "Bad guys don't play by the rules" Jazzelle replied. They got hit with a bunch of pokeballs. "From now on we play by the rules," James said. "At least for a little while" Meowth said. "It looks like Team Rockets blasting off again!" They all said as they ran away.
