Team Rocket brakes into a machine shop to steal a massive vacuum and a giant hose to catch pokemon. They build a huge machine and crash into the Cerulean Gym. They say their motto and James has a blue rose. They plan to suck out the water to capture the water pokemon. They suck out the water and spit it back out to wash Ash, Misty and her sisters away. Then they suck the water up again taking Seel with it. Pikachu uses its thunderbolt to shock Team Rocket. They get electrocuted and fall into the water getting sucked into the vacuum and thrown outside into the sky during the day and all of them say "It looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again" at the same time making a star like light in the sky with a *ping*. As for the seel they captured it was safe on the ground outside as Team Rocket flew off.
