Episode 25 -Pokemon Scent-Sation!–(Gloom Fume)

As Ash pleads to get into the gym, Team Rocket runs across a field in the background with a latter. Meowth plays lookout as Jesse and James puts the latter next to a wall of the Celadon City Gym. "Once we brake inside, we’ll steal the secret formula for their perfume, than I’ll be as irresistible as Cleopatra," Jesse says as she pictures herself laying down in a room with shirtless guys wearing short Egyptian skirts. "I’ll sell the formula and make myself zillions of bucks. That’s enough money to buy my own country or my own planet even," James says imagining himself sitting on a pile of coins as more coins fall from the sky. "Or nine life time supplies of cat grub," Meowth says imagining himself eating cat food from a box with many other boxes around him. They get inside the building through the window and they wonder where the secret formula could be hidden. They look around and find a gloom. James thinks its taking a nap so he waves his hand in front of it’s face. Gloom opens it’s eyes and Team Rocket jump back in fear. Jesse accuses James for waking it up. James gets Koffing out and tells it to use poison gas attack. Koffing does but Gloom sucks up all of Koffing’s gas and wasn’t harmed. Team Rocket looks in amazement. Gloom uses it’s stun spore attack. Koffing faints and falls on the ground. "It smells like old sneakers mixed with some rotten eggs and dead fish with just a hint of skunk fumes," James said taking a whiff of the fumes. Jesse and James literally fell apart (they cracked from the legs up like eggs) – they cracked and then shattered to the ground. Meowth said his nose felt like it was on fire. Jesse and James were back to their solid selves on the ground. Jesse than tells Meowth that he doesn’t have a nose as she and James hold theirs. "My nose, what happened? This stink dissolved it off my face…Hm. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the cartoons never gave me a nose. (This is all said in a close up of Meowth’s face but than zooms out showing James and Jesse knocked out with lumps on their heads. Meowth turns around) Hey, why are you sleeping?" He asks just before he gets hit with a red hammer. Three employees of the gym wearing masks knocked them out. One of the employees said that one of the gym’s rules is that there are no thieves allowed so she stamps Meowth, James and Jesse on the face with a big red X. Next you see them tied up and hanging from a tree still with the X’s on their faces. Meowth asks anyone to get him down as he sways back and forth on the rope. He calls Jesse and James "two clowns". Ash walks by and says, "Are you three hanging out again?". James asks him to get them out of the tree. Jesse and Meowth get mad at James for collaborating with the enemy. Jesse swings her legs around James’ neck and squeezes. She then has an idea with a doorbell sound to go with it. Jesse teases Ash for not getting into the gym and she offers a deal (if he unties them, they’ll show him how to get into the gym). Ash decides to go through with it because he has to get in the gym to win more badges. Next you see them in a store. Jesse, James and Meowth are in shock as Ash steps out of the dressing room with a dress. "Great wig," James says commenting on Ash’s long blonde wig. Jesse says that his mother wouldn’t recognize him. Ash says something but Jesse says that it doesn’t sound lady like. "You’ll give away your secret," James says to Ash. Both Jesse and James tell him to give it a try. Ash says, "I’ll show those meanies" in a girl like voice. Jesse and James both look at each other and laughed. Later that night they entered the gym. Jesse, James and Ash all in disguises. "We would like to enroll our daughter Ash…ly in your pokemon training classes," Jesse said. (Note: This is the first time Team Rocket has ever called Ash anything other than brat or the boy or some comment like that. I didn’t know they ever knew his name). James wearing a mask and pretending to be the father says something and Meowth says, "That’s right" (Meowth is inside James shirt to make it look like he has a gut). James hits his stomach (Meowth). They go to the reception desk. Meowth pops out of James shirt and James tries to stuff him back in. Jesse and James still pretending to be parents say goodbye. They turn a corner and throw off the disguises and run down the hallway. Jesse explains that they’ll steal the formula while Ash keeps everyone distracted (he’s unaware of the plan). Meowth sticking his head out of the middle of James black shirt from his uniform. Meowth holds a cartoon bomb and asks, "What am I supposed to do with this blaster ball?" Meowth jumps out of James shirt. James asks what the blaster ball is for. "Sweet revenge for stamping an X on the most beautiful face in the world," Jesse says. "Talk about illusions," James says to himself. "What?" Jesse asked. "Err, I mean that’ll teach those slobs," James says and both he and she laughed as they ran into the dark part of the hallway. Next you see them opening the safe and looking at the formula. Then you see them on the lights above where Ash out of his disguise is battling. They say their motto as they jump down. Meowth has a fuse box and pulls down on the switch. An explosion underneath them blasts them threw the gym roof and into the sky. James chokes Meowth as they fly asking where he put the blast ball. Meowth said, "Near us so we wouldn’t loose it". Jesse still had the formula with her. (Frame by Frame: As they blast off again Jesse and James say, "Team Rockets blasting off again". Jesse pushes Meowth out of the way and James catches him then tosses him out of the way, Meowth jumps between them where Jesse and James both smack him with folded up paper and flew off in the distance) then they made a star like light with a ping sound. The bomb caused the gym to have a large fire, which was put out. Ash asked about the stolen formula but the gym employee said that they only stole the essence of Gloom. In a large construction tube somewhere Team Rocket opens the bottle then smells Gloom’s scent coming out. You see the tube they’re in bounces and they fall on the ground.
