(Team Rocket's Intro)
Right off the bat Officer Jenny is warning the citizens of Viridian City that they have a ward of possible pokemon thieves in the area and be on the look out for suspicious looking strangers. There is a wanted poster of James and Jesse (on the poster they both had shadows covering their eyes and James had a purple rose. James rips the poster away with a fishing hook on a string from the Meowth Balloon. Jesse thinks the wanted poster was flattering. James thinks he looked terrible (capturing the real him). James had his red rose with him. They were there like always to capture rare and unusual pokemon. Officer Jenny picked up the Meowth balloon on radar and again warns the town on the loud speakers. Jesse and James releases Ekans and Koffing into the Pokemon Center. Jesse referred Ash as little boy while she and James silhouettes were in Koffing’s smoke. They said their motto. They weren't interested in Pikachu - "We aren't interested in your precious electric rat," said Jesse. "We only seek rare and valuable pokemon," James said. Ekans and Koffing are asked to attack and they cut off the power. But the lights went back on because of their Pika-Power-Source. Koffing brakes the door down where Ash, Misty and Nurse Joy hid to transport the pokeballs. Ash threw a pokeball with Pidgeotto and Ekans scared it away. Jesse said, "That thing can't beat us". Ekans also scarred Raticate. Jesse thinks Misty is pretty pathetic. Ash runs out of the room with Pikachu and Ekans, Koffing, Jesse and James followed. All the Pikachus that made the power come back on joined together and electrocuted them. Meowth jumps in and Ash's Pikachu electrocutes them again with Meowth also. Koffing blew his smoke. The smoke and electricity made a huge explosion. Then you see a chard Team Rocket hanging onto a rope connecting to the Meowth balloon with the huge moon behind them. They talk about how special Pikachu is and plan to catch it since it seems like a very rare Pikachu. "Perhaps we will" Meowth says. The balloon gets a hole in it and they fly off into the starry night (without the blasting off quote or ping or light).
