Jesse and the rest are spying on Ash. Meowth says he's hungry and James says he's sick of pizza for every meal and suggests Chinese food. Meowth suggests tacos. Jesse hits them both and starts yelling but stops when her stomach growls. She whips out a picnic basket and everyone cheers. The Squirtle Squad demands them to hand over the food. Jesse and James get out their Pokeballs to show those little creeps but the fall down a hole. The squirtles tie Jesse and James to the tree truck and tie Meowth to a branch as they eat the food in front of them (picnic items: Lemonade, Sandwiches, Oragoni (rice balls with dried sea weed in the middle), jelly donuts, éclairs, hot dog, and apple). Jesse tries to bargain with the squirtles but the squirtles don't trust humans. Meowth pretends that he owns Jesse and James as pets to get the squirtles to trust them. So they untie Meowth and he eats the origoni and drinks lemonade right in front of Jesse and James. The Squirtle Squad then helps Meowth capture Ash, Misty, Brock, and Pikachu. And they take them to a cave. Pikachu was in bad health so they aloud Ash to get some medicine for him. Meanwhile Jesse and James hold up a store with ice guns. "Cool, we're just like those super villains in the comic books except better looking" Jesse said. "And even meaner" James said. They want ___sh powder and a large roll of dental floss. They leave the store and get away in the Meowth Balloon. They plan on scarring the Squirtle Squad so that they can snatch Pikachu. Jesse and James start throwing bombs from the Meowth balloon while they say their motto. They let down a ladder for Meowth. Meowth climbed up with Pikachu in his arms. They throw more bombs and some started the woods on fire. The lead squirtle used its water attack that popped a hole in the balloon. Pikachu fell off but Ash caught him. The balloon spins out of control into the sky while Team Rocket says, "It looks like Team Rockets blasting off again!". The Squirtle Squad put out the fire making them heroes.
