fixTarget method.

	cp.fixTarget cp.fixTarget ( ) property type: function. Enables target-fixing relative to the window. When scrolling down the page all fixed targets will remain their x and y positions in the window view. To disable the targetfixing behavior, see the unfixTarget method.
