cp.crossExt_dragTarget.zRaiseOnFocus property type: boolean default value: true Like when you are have multiple application windows on your desktop running at the same time. One of them usually is raised or maximized. This property does pretty much the same thing to the current target when running multiple layered targets. This behavior is enabled by default, but can be switched off at any time by setting zRaiseOnFocus to false.
