PLOT: It has been 22 years since Norman Bates was committed for the murders of Marion Crane and Detective Arbogast, as well as his mother. Now, the state of California has declared him sane and he is allowed to return to his creaky old mansion on the hill and his dilapidated motel. He not only gets a girlfriend, but a visitor is waiting for Norman's return, but when the murders occur, is it Norman? Or is it?
