Blur

During "13" era.
l-r: Graham Coxon, Dave Rowntree, Alex James, Damon Albarn
Blur has been a major influence in what i listen to today. They were the first "brit" band i really got into ... and i still love them. With the new spacey-experimental sounds of their 6th album 13, Blur has shown a sense of maturity, straying from their poppy sounds off albums like Modern Life Is Rubbish and Parklife. Of course, this does not mean their past albums were bad in any way, cos i do adore them all ... but i just think their latest is very, very different and i'm quite enjoying it!
