Halloween Weekend 2003

• The Chapter House

  We went to Chapter House on Monday night at midnight to celebrate Gina's 21st birthday. No pictures of her first legal pint, but we have pictures from outside afterwards! (I'm kind of glad Gina's the last one to turn because I can only take so much of the more-intellectual-than-thou, imported-beer-snob atmosphere at the Land O'Grad Students!)

• The Pre-Gaming Session

  I got over to their apartment around 8pm. I was only home long enough to get two trick-or-treaters at my apartment, but I got to see a bunch of kids on my way over in their costumes! The girls had quite the assortment of liquor (Gina's first legal purchase!), as well as other fun stuff like glitter stir sticks and cacti margarita glasses! Linda and I were playing bartender for a while (and snuck in a few virgin drinks on them when things started to get a little carried away...) So we have various pictures of all of us in and out of costume: Alicia as Marilyn Monroe and Dave as JFK, Linda as an angel, Gina as Santa, and me as the (Easter) bunny. (There are also a few pretty hilarious video clips on Gina's camera, but we couldn't get them to work...)

  	I think we're about ready to head to the party!		Alicia eating kleenex.. I was upstairs when all this was going on, but I think there were some spilled shots involved..
  	The mess we made of the kitchen. If you know these girls at all, you know this is a huge deal!! (Good thing Gina and I cleaned up before we left because everyone was taking so long to get moving out the door..)

• The Party

  We went to a house party at the edge of Collegetown with the plan of heading to Johnny O's shortly thereafter. Buuuut... we didn't exactly make it! I fell off a sidewalk down a hill to the street (and lost my camera in the process) and had to soak my shirt in bleach for 8 hours to get all of the blood out.. Gina's purse disappeared with all of her and my stuff in it, though someone found just my license on the ground in Collegetown.. we got to Johnny O's just after last call and the guy working the door was the one that always clapped kicking us out, so I was mad and called him some not so nice stuff, so I'm worried he won't ever let me in again! And who knows how we got home because Gina was really sick all the next day and the rest of us were pretty out of it. We backtracked several times but only managed to find one (just one!) bunny ear that had been run over a gazillion times..!
