Welcome to my patch trading page, my name is Tom Wadnola. I am from New York and belong to the Rip Van Winkle Council. I am also a member of Half Moon Lodge #28. I collect primarily New York State OA and Council stuff, but will consider other trades. I collect CSPs, OA flaps, R/W, OA activity patches, and camp patches all from New York State. In addition to all this, I am also a 94 NOAC collector.
