The Shakespeare Lab Project is a continuing workshop for actors at all levels. The Lab functions as a teaching venue for visiting professionals and certified instructors in residence: actors, directors, and voice and speech specialists as well as other professionals in the entertainment field.Special sessions sometimes concentrate on scansion, structure, prose, sonnets, literary criticism and theatre history.

Participants can also choose particular topics that they wish to focus on. Cue script readings, as reintroduced by Patrick Tucker's Original Shakespeare Company, are a continuing focus.
