Grew up and hung with the same crew as Augustus Hill, Ketchum immedialtley received heat from the Muslims for his moniker "Supreme Allah". Ketchum is a "5 percenter". It is believed that 5% of black men know the meaning of life, and Ketchum was supposedly one, so mhe re-christianed himself Supreme Allah. Supreme was making convers out of the Muslims because his way to Allah was much less strict. This angered Arif who was the leader of the Muslims at this time. To make Adebisi's empire crumble, Keller and O'Reily framed Ketchum with 2 murders and landed him in Solitary.

While in solitary, Supreme figured out that it was Keller and O'Reily that set him up and he returned to Em City with a vengeance. When Burr Redding came to Oz, he was very cold to Supreme. When Hill asked why Burr was so cold to Ketchum, Burr told Hill that Ketchum was the person who turned him into the cops that night and in essence, landed him in Oz and the wheelchair. Hill attacked Supreme in the shower and got his chair tipped over and was stomped. Besdies that little incident, Supreme kept trying to get Hill to join him and turn on Redding. During visitations, the brother of the man that Ketchum killed, Tug Daniels was visiting Poet, and he stabbed Supreme several times with a shaprened toothbrush. When Tug arrived to Oz however, he and Ketchum teamed up to scheme on Redding and take control of the drug trade. Hill remembered that Ketchum was always deathly allergic to something so he asked an inmate to look up Ketchum's medical records. Ketchum was deathly allergic to eggs, so one day, Poet mixed eggs into his food and Supreme started breaking out in hives and throwing up blood, and subsequently died.
