History shows that the more Modern (in oppose to Tradition) people are
(doesn't matter what religion or belief they have), Less children they have.
See the latest Israeli High court's decision about " Nationality" (Hebrew). By giving such answer, they (The Modern Western Non-Tranditional state) shot themselves in the head. They gradually finding out that the complicated political situation in Israel, is the direct result of not being a Jewish State.
It is not easy. For awhile now, even after reading the above article, I am not able to have a complete theory about the Clothing problem. The only thing I can say is that Clothing Do & Do Not reflect on the person who wears them. Interesting is the idea Yoni brings about External and Internal aspects. I look at what he writes, specially in the last section of the article, in a different angle. Excluding the non-modest aspect of clothing, and emphasizing more about what the External and Internal means. As I wrote in the previous page about Hollowness etc..; For the most of it, in the modern western-cultured world, the "uniform" (suit & tie) people wear, reflect nothing about the person wearing them. That is true too to other kind of clothes.
It is important to remind again the rule that there are exceptions for everything.
