Hyper Dimension

 

You can play this game on SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) or the Super Famicom. Here you will find secret powers of the Dbz characters that you will not find in the manual instruction booklet. Sorry but I don't have any codes for this game. But there are some things you would find interesting. This game is really different from the other SNES games.

 

Cool points

This game doesn't have a life and power bar it has just one energy bar. Example: when you get hit your energy bar go down. But when you charge your ki, your energy bar goes up meaning more life and more power! When you charge your ki your character not like the games Super Famicom 1,2 and 3 they do some things different not just having some sort of ki around them for example : when you charge your ki with Vegetto he floats a little or with Gigabou he hits his chest just like Donkey Kong or King Kong.

 

Bad Points

The Kamehameha looks like crap. It's not so exciting fighting in the sky because if you kick or punch you move all the way to the end of the screen. But I really like this game!

Rush Battle

When you and your opponent are standing at a certain distance, when either of your fists or feet collide you'll go into the rush battle. There are five kinds, no there are just three guys there only two ok? Comprende (understand)? Let's take a vote. Yes! The winner is that there are only two kinds.

In the air, one player will head into the background, the other, the foreground. Here, only the four main buttons are used. The character in the foreground is attacking. They use A and B. B fires a super fireball, A fires a flurry of smaller fireballs. The character in the background is on the defensive. The trick is to anticipate what your opponent is going to through, and properly defend against it. Y defends against a super fireball with a dodge, X defends the flurry by smacking them away quickly. If you pick the wrong defense, you'll get hit and take damage. This exchange may repeat for a bit. Oh rats! Why can't the one in the background attack? Now that's a question.

On the ground, tap Y, B, X or A rapidly and whoever taps it most by the end of the exchange wins and gets in an automatic super fireball.

 

The Background

Change background:

Depending on what stages you fight on, you can knock your opponent onto another stage, moving the battle there.

To knock them sideways- F-B-F and x button

To knock them upwards- D-Df-F and x button

To knock them downwards- D-Df-F and x button

 

3d Moves

Uses a combination of Y or B, and L or R depending. Y or B depending on the character, and L or R depending which direction you are facing. If you are facing right, use the R button. Facing left, the L button. It depends on the character ex. With Son Gokou you should use the B button, you should look if Gokou's on the left or right side of the screen. If he's at the left you push the R and B. The R is because he's facing right and the B is because he uses his legs for his 3d move. And facing left the L button and B or Y depending on the character.

 

Meteo (means his finishing attack or one of his greatest attacks)

You can only use meteo when your life bar is red, except in the practice mode. The meteo usually takes about 150 lives from the opponent. My favorite meteo is Gokou and Vegeta's meteo.

 

Note: When you use a fireball ex. Cho Kamehameha or Final Flash, when you that attack if you want it to be a big Kamehameha you should maintain your finger on the A button longer about 2 seconds.

B = Backward D = Down U = Up

F = Forward Df = Down forward Db = Down backward

Uf = Up forward Ub = Up back
