Hobbies while in net, talking to the goal post, not talking to any people, and talking to the puck.
Goaltending is a hard. We are a target. Shooters wind up and blast shots from the hash marks. We are criticized when we let in a weak one. We don't get enough respect. How many times do you see a game on TV that is 2-2 going into overtime. Each team has about thirty shots apiece. The action is end to end and the only reason their team is still in the game is because of the goaltenders. In overtime a player scores and receives first star. For one goal. Probably a lucky bounce. The fans cheer as if the only reason why their team won was because of that player. That’s all there is to it. It's hard because you are the last line of defense. If the other team scores it is your fault. You can't blame it on the defense, and you can't go to the bench and hide you have to stay out there and finish the game.

I am no longer on the gypsies hockey team due to my completion of high school, but I am sure that they will continue to play with the gypsy heart that drives the team to be one of the best. And to all my teammates and coaches it has been an honor to play with and for you for the five years I was given. Well in closing I will see ya later hopefully on the ice.
