Membership If you are interested in membership, call 212.262.7300 to request an application. Membership initiation fee is $350 $130 deposit should accompany application. If approved, you will receive a membership packet and membership card. The balance of initiation fee is due in monthly installments, no less than $75 per month until the fee is paid in full. Dues are $30 every six months thereafter including the period in which you join. Minors under 18 years and senior over 65 years are eligible for reduced initiation fee of $250 and dues at $20.
