FF7 Weapon Strategy Guide

• Ultimate Weapon:This guy is simple. I'm not going to give one on him. If you can't beat him you suck at the game.
• Emerald Weapon(1,000,000 HP):Make sure your party has the ultimate weapons. Here's who I chose:Cloud, Tifa, and Yuffie. Cloud is the best fighter, Tifa because in my game she's really good, and Yuffie because of her 1st level limit break(Clear Tranquil, heals about 5,000 HP). Make sure Cloud has Phoenix and Final Attack linked and mastered. It's also helpful to get the Underwater materia so you don't have a 20 minute timer. Make sure Cloud has enough MP to use Phoenix at ALL times. Use summon spells like Knights of the Round to take off a lot of damage. When mastered Knights of the Round does about 100,000 damage. 10 of those and he'd be gone. But if you don't have it use spells from the middle person and attack with the others. Try to keep HP up by using X-Potions, Megalixirs, or Cure3. If you use Hades it will paralyze him for a short amount of time and he can't attack.
• Ruby Weapon(800,000 HP):Ruby is not hard at all if you beat Emerald first. For Cloud master all the materia listed:Master Summon, Master Command, Master Magic, Phoenix, Final Attack, Chocobo Lure(+1 Luck), W-Summon, and W-Item. Link Phoenix and Final Attack, the rest doesn't really matter. First, before the fight have Cloud kill the other 2 party members. Then engage him. He should put his claws in the ground fast. Use W-Summon Hades and Knights of the Round in that order. If you do the wrong order he will use Ultima. Hades will paralyze him so you can use Knights of the Round. Next, use W-Item, I suggest restoring your MP(Ether but ether only restores 100 MP and Knights of the Round takes 225 I think so Turboether would be better). Repeat this pattern and he should die soon. If he kills Cloud Phoenix will save you. Have the other 2 members, now alive, use ethers on Cloud.
