Ladies and Gentlemen:
I'd like to welcome you to the Reunion-2000. Everybody who had any affiliation with Moscow University is invited: alumni of any graduation year, professors, their spouses, teachers and pupils, their children, friends even in-laws. We are expecting more people from MEXMAT-70 this year.
This year our reunion will be held in the same place, Jiminy Peak resort in Berkshires, at the end of May on Memorial Day weekend. Here are the details:
Dates: Friday 5/26/2000 - Monday (Memorial Day) 5/29/2000.
Best to come on Friday May 26 or Saturday May 27 (check-in time 4:00PM)
Best to leave on Monday morning, the Memorial Day (chack-out time is 10:30AM)

Contact for reservations: Ed Femenella, Sales Manager, or Deana Guyette or anybody in the group reservation office. Call the telepnone number above and mention password "Moscow University Reunion". Everybody makes his/hers reservation with a personal credit card, one night deposit will be required at that time. Final payment will be charged upon departure.
Price: $99.00 per night per room (single or double occupancy, if you bring children into the same suite there will be a small additional fee). Local taxes are applicable.
Cancellations are accepted no later than May 12.
Reservations are the individual responsibilities of the guests and must be made before the end of April. However, it is strongly recommended you do it before the end of March. The reason is that there are only 15 rooms reserved specifically for this occasion (we cannot guarantee more than that) but usually we take around 20-25 rooms. So, just to be on a safe side, make your reservations now without delay.
Our traditional dinner will be on Saturday, May 27, around 7:00PM. Judging from the past experience, the administration of the restaurant suggested we make a buffet dinner, so the dishes will be ready and we will come to them instead of them to us. I think, it makes sense. There is a choice of up to three main entrees (pretty much, typical for this type of event, beef, chicken, fish of the same type we had before). But we can vote this after the reservations are made.
So, make your reservations ASAP.
