To get Spanky (a pilot) you must complete all three bonus missions.
Every Deathmatch you complete you get a new plane to use.
To get a F-15, at the title screen where it says "press start," hit C-left, C-down, C-right, C-up, C-left, C-right, C-down.
Press R when at plane select to change the plane’s color.
