Day 3
Monday June 26, 2023

• Started the day by going to visit my uncle at Spring Valley Hospital
  • Would rather have seen him at a casino
  • Was still good to see him though
• Came back to Wynn and had lunch at Terrace Point Cafe
  • Had French Onion Soup and Coconut Shrimp
  • The Food was good but prices here are absurd
  • Luckily I have resort credits
• After lunch I hit the craps table
  • When I was shooting a couple of guys came to the table
  • All the dealers knew them by name and they knew the dealers
  • One of the guys the dealers seemed to know best was “Joe”
  • When he spoke his voice sounded familiar but I was shooting
  • After I sevened out I looked over at Joe and recognized him
  • It was former manager of the Mets, Yankees & Dodgers Joe Torre
  • Pretty cool that Joe likes to shoot craps
  • Not cool that he sevened out on his first roll
  • Session was up and down but not too extreme either way
  • Got to play for about 3 hours
  • Lost a good chunk of what I won yesterday
  • Played some penny slots for fun
  • Got a lot of play again but eventually lost a couple bills
  • Racked up enough points the last 2 days to get 2 kiosk picks for free play
  • First pick got me a lame $5
  • Second pick got me $75
• Went to dinner at Allegro
  • Sat at the bar and ordered appetizers for dinner
  • Minestrone Soup
  • Beef Carapccio
  • Meatballs
  • Everything was really good but again really pricey
  • Welcome to the Strip and welcome to Wynn
• Played another session of craps after dinner
  • Started out terribly but turned around
  • Recovered everything from earlier in the day but kept playing
  • Still quit with a win but not enough to totally recover
• Came to the room just after midnight to go to bed
• Have an early start tomorrow
