Melody Thomas Scott recently presented co-star Jeanne Cooper with a Judith Leiber purse.  To say that Cooper was thrilled would be an understatement.  Cooper absolutely lost it, as you can see in this picture, which was taken just after she stopped running around son Corbin Bernsen's lawn.  It almost eclipsed the day's other big event: Cooper received a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame, a rarity for a daytime actor.  But then, Cooper is no star - she's a legend!
