"Put up your dukes!" laughs Eric Braeden, as he feigns a feud with his wife, Dale. Eric and Dale began with a platonic relationship, when they met at Santa Monica College in 1962. At the time, they were both struggling through long-distance romances. Dale's boyfriend was in medical school abroad, and Eric's girlfriend was spending time in Germany. Gradually, they fell in love and promptly forgot about their overseas connections. They've been happily married since 1966 and have an eleven-year-old son, Christian.
