Tips For Some Wild Fun!!
- Always stretch before jumping.
- Always begin your jump with a prep.
- Try your best to come to every practice.
- When you are jumping, focus on a high point.
- In a tryout, wear your school colors.
- The day(s) of the tryout, do not wear past cheerleading shirts, or etc.
- Smile, even if you mess up, and the crowd or judges will think that was what you were supposed to do.
- Yell as high as your voice can yell, you think youre yelling to loud, but your doing perfect.
- A good motto is, if you feel stupid, you're doing it right.
- Keep you're head up.
- Listen to what your coaches say in practice, because you might be able to use this information later, and it will be useful.
- Try your best to make it to the games a little bit earlier to where you can work on anything you need a little working on.
- Do Not eat before the game, and if you have to, eat at least and hour or two before the game. Because, let me tell you, you will have some bad cramps if you do.
- If you usually mess up in the routine, look at someone who knows it best, and it will help you- alot.
- Show as much spirit as possible!

- Always bring a bottle of water to your games, and practice, to refresh you and your voice.
- Make a checklist before you go to your game to where you don't forget anything, like your pon-poms.
- Look toword the crowd, and not the players, or the timer. Get your coach to tell you when your on defense or offense, and what time it is.
- If your parents wave, just smile. Explain to them later that it wouldnt be right for you only to wave to them, and the crowd would wonder waht you are doing, because no one else is waving.
- If you see a jump your friend does in the game, that you like, don't try it. You might sprain a mussle. Go home, and practice it, then, by the next game, you might be able to do that.
- If someone on the team gets hurt, or injured, completly stop, and be still and quite. This shows you have respect for your team.
- Practice your heart out.
- This one you should always follow~~~ Have fun!
