Ch. Esprit Dreaming Out Loud - Benny (Photos at 6 mos.10-12-01)

The only boy and SWEET as could be.
Benny went to his first show at 6 1/2 months of age on 10-13-01 at the Black Mountain KC and floated away with WD, BOW and a 3 point MAJOR!!! under Mrs. Anna Wanner (photo below left)
As a gangly teenager, Benny was RWD to the 5 pt major March 24th at the Arizona Whippet Club supported entry under James Reynolds (Can).
He was also RWD at the Supported Entry Show in Colorado the day after the National Specialty
He took a trip to Utah May 18 & 19 and was RWD the first day and WD BOW and BOB the second day under Mr William Robert Russell Jr


After 2 days in a row of major reserves at the Mission Circuit, Benny decided it was his turn!
The next day he was awarded WD and BOW by Dr Harry Smith Jr for his second major at the San Fernando KC
Benny took a vacation and went to Montana in June 2002. He was WD, BOW and BOB over an entry of 35!! each day for back to back 5pt majors under Col Joe Purkhiser and Mr Hugh Ungerleider! (photo on right above)
What a quick trip...finishing his title at 15 months with 4 majors!
Benny has sired a couple of nice litters and his daughter, Lacey (Esprit Queen Anne's Lace) is major pointed.

Joi is in California with co-owners Nancy Kennedy & Jeanne Meister
Joi was chosen as WB and BOS for her first 2 points.
Joi loves to run and is ASFA qualified
She also loves to climb trees. July 2004 Joi seriously injured her rear leg - a bone chip and some tendon damage at the hock end of the tibia.
