Cochran only released one album in his own lifetime ( "Singing to My Baby" 1957 ); but several fine albums of unreleased material were released posthumously in the 1960's. Among those albums "Never to be Forgotten" may very well be the finest. A few tracks had already appeared on the 1962 album "Cherished Memories" album, but tracks like "Long Tall Sally", "Weekend", "Little Angel", "Milk Cow Blues" and "Blue Suede Shoes" were "new" and also among Cochran's finest recordings.
