MAN cannot save himself!
If you wanted to save yourself by doing good deeds, do you know how good you would have to be?

"You must be perfect - just as your Father in Heaven is perfect."
Matthew 5: 48

Obviously, with such a high standard, no one can save him or herself. The Bible also says:

"Whoever breaks one commandment is guilty of breaking them all."
James 2: 10
