Being the last to know...

Just found out that Mark Jelfo left AEG last year. He stopped writing on DragonStrategy a while ago,
thought that he got tired of getting blamed for things he couldn't change.

"I would like to take this time to let you know that tomorrow, Friday, will be my last day
with AEG. I am moving to D.C. with my wonderful wife who has been offered a fantastic
opportunity there. It has been both a pleasure and a privilege to have worked at AEG, they
are some of the best people I have ever met, and my relationships forged there are lifelong.
They are an excellent bunch, and deserve the best that life could possibly offer them."

He recently joined the Mortgage Banker's Association as the art director for the marketing department.
One advantage of working outside the gaming field is that he won't have to deal with whiny people on
the L5R forums.

Two Dragon Clan Players in the Quarter Finals at GenCon!

Congratulations to all  L5R players who participated in GenCon 2005. This is the best finish
for Dragon Clan players at GenCon since L5R began. Links are to their tournament reports.

One Door Closes, Another Door Opens

Hitomi Hokosaki has closed his Dragon Clan Chat site due to "creative differences" with Alderac's
current handling of the game.   Initially I thought that his site was down for maintainance but as the
days passed it became evident that the site was closed fror good.

Fortunately Hitomi Kagetora has renewed his TheDragonClan site, adding a PHP forum to replace
the one by Hokosaki. The "regulars" are finding Kagetora's new forum and are making it a success.
