What makes Lionel Hutz so funny. Is it the fact that he is such a loser his offices are located in public telephone booths. I'd like to say it's Phil Hartman, the voice behind Lionel Hutz and other characters on the Simpsons such as Troy Mclure - Lyle Lanley - Tom from the big brother association.
Unfortunately, on May 28 1998, the legend behind all these voices was shot to death. This brings an end to the great character Lionel Hutz.
Phil Hartman will be missed for his TV characters and for his real life 'nice guy' personality.

"Yeah!" 		"Mr. Simpson this is the most blatant case of fraudulant advertising since my case against the never ending story."
"Now Apu, Mrs. Simpson claims she forgot she was carrying that bottle of delioucious bourbon, brownest of the brown liquors. What's that? You want me to drink you? But I'm in the middle of a trial. Excuse me!" "Mrs. Simpson you're in luck. Your sexual harassament suit is just the thing I need to rebuild my shattered practise. Care to join me in a belt of scotch?"
"But it's 9:30 in the morning!"
"Yeah but I havent slept in weeks."
"And as for your case don't you worry. I've argued infront of every judge in this state. Often as a lawyer!" "Ahhh. Sweet liquor eases the pain."
"Now Mr. Simpson as for your case don't you worry. I watched Matlock in a bar last night. The sound wasn't on but I think I got the gist of it." "As of this moment, Lionel Hutz no longer exists. Say hello to Miguel Sanchez."
