Charlie "Ghengiz" Cohen from Byker in Newcastle makes a living as a wandering Barbarian Hero. He had taken time off work to spend a week's holiday in the Derbyshire hills with his girlfriend Louise Moore (a travelling swordswoman and shoe repairer) when they stopped for a picnic near the mouth of a nearby cave. The weather was extremely pleasant, and so they were able to sit on the grass wearing only loin cloths. As their meal drew to a close, they were disturbed by a terrifying sound from the nearby cave. Ghengiz takes up the story from here:
"Aye... I were just packing away the crap from wor picnic, like, chicken sarnies for me, I think it were, and wor lass had a salad - she's a veggie ya kna? Suddenly we heard this geet aafull noise comin' from the cave - kinda like a scream, but with a deep bubblin' sort of noise on top of it, like. We jumped to wor feet, and carefully moved toward the cave. As we got closer, all this reed smoke started comin' oot. Stunk like a cundie, it did. Anyhow, as the smoke cleared I could see this geet big fella standin' in the mooth of the cave - must have been at least 20 foot tall, with these big wings on his back, like a bats, ya kna? Ah noticed he also had some kind of big, wooly hat on, and a geet big grin, like a crocodile. Ah was gettin' ready to lamp the bastard wi' me sword like, but he just gave us both a cheeky little wink, and flew off owwer the hills. I'm tellin' ye - I've never seen the like before in me life!"
From the description given by Ghengiz and Miss Moore, an artist working for Mr M has been able to come up with the above reconstruction of the scene. The creature that came from the cave bears an uncanny resemblence to the most secretive and mysterious of the Dorkshire Dictators, Graham - even down to the wooly hat and big grin. Mr M's scientists have speculated that Graham may have been fathered by this Demon - hence his mysterious birth in a Derbyshire cave, and his somewhat unworldly appearance.
