The villa has a ground of 226m2 and 3 components : the garden and the ground floor (swimming pool, garden, hall, salon, 2 bedrooms and kitchen), 1st stage (4 bedrooms with their private bathrom) and a mezzanine added to the original house (2 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom).

Ground floor and garden

The garden lets penetrate the sun all day long and has a swimming pool of 80m2 and a historical fountain. It also has 4 mature fruit trees. We penetrate in the house by a glazed door of 3.5meters of height and 2meters width. The floor of the hall is made of a mozaic of 15m2 composed of typically Mediterranean drawings. We find on this level, moreover, one salon of 50m2 completely equipped and decorated with objects typically Turkish, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All the ground floor's walls are restored with natural field stones of 60cm thickness. For its part, the floor of the salon is made of original bricks going back to 200 years recovered by the same mozaic that we find in the hall. We can also find cupboards showing the Turkish architecture of the time and the ceiling is made of carved wood. Original ceiling light going back to 200 years was used for the lighting of the salon.

First floor

This stage of 100m2 has 4 rooms with their private bathrooms getting all modern comfort. The staircase and the hall of this stage are made out of marble. The floors and the windows gillotines are out of massive chesnut wood and the doors are in massive cedar and were remade in accordance with the original version. very high ceilings characterize this stage.

The choice of the colors for the accessories reflects the historical colors of the typical Turkish houses.

Mezzanine

The staircase which leads to the mezzanine is made of massive chesnut wood. The mezzanine is a kind of "suite" made up of a living romm of 25m2, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

From this stage, there is a sight on the marina of Antalya, the mountains and on a public park. The terrace of the mezzanine is made of ceramics and the floor of the rooms and the ceilings are made out of wood.
