Tori is Sakura's older brother, and sometimes annoying as he always teases her. He's always suspected something was up every time he looked at Kero. Later, he finds out why. When Ceaira arrived in Reidenton, he showed her around, but the tour soon turned into a date, which started a long relationship. He finds out about their double lives in Episode 32, and this makes him realize that Sakura and her friends may be the only force standing between chaos and order.
Role in GemCaptor Chronicles
As stated above, Tori is Ceaira's boyfriend. However, he still has no idea about the cards or gems, but seems to suspect Sakura's stuffed animal (Kero). After Episode 26, Tori realizes he truly loves Ceaira, and when he finally tries to tell her in Episode 32, the Lock Gem chains them together. This is when he finds out Ceaira is a magician, along with the others. Despite this, he stays with her and tells her he loves her. He even helps out with a couple of gem captures!
