Nikki is the other story teller of the group, but her stories are those of the ghost variety. She has no idea she terrifies Sakura with her stories, which is why she keeps telling them. She is currently working on a novel about a girl who most find a mystical dragon, which she plans to publish upon completion. Her older sister is Kara Yanagisawa, one of Ceaira's good friends.
Nikki discovers Meilin's special powers in Episode 52 when the two work together to finish their cooking class project. Meilin asks her to promise to not tell anyone, and Nikki agrees. However, after knowing Meilin isn't an ordinary girl, she changes the name of main character in her story, to Meilin because the two have similar powers.
