Looper "Madam" which shows he does not know WTF he is doing because he uses "Mr." to speak of Looper in the address line. Sloppiness! Sheer inexcusable sloppiness!!! He will be punished for this insult to Rev. Looper's masculinity:

I decide to confuse "Madam" Joseph Naiyeju by having Colonel Thorn send a confusing reply on behalf of Lionel Drinkwater. I want to create the appearance that Mr. Naiyeju has stumbled into the middle of something:

Now Rev. Looper jumps in and claims that a "Mr. Kenneth Mustapha" and a "Mr. Iqbal Hussein" have contacted him regarding this matter. The lads hate it when it looks like they have been hacked by another mugu, especially when you are, as Looper is doing, offering lavish gifts and cash to the other guymen:

All of this serves to cut the lad off at the pass and gives him no options to collect fees. Yet he is inventive and will reply with some stipulation that will allow him to collect advance fees.
