Day 2 (5 Jan 99) Odometer 109235 kms. Left Fredericton at 0800 hrs (AST) after fuelling up. Stopped for fuel at the New Brunswick/Quebec border (303 kms). Clear sky, high pressure system, good visibility - ideal conditions to head northwest along the St. Lawrence. Stopped at Lemieux, Quebec for gas (373 kms). Still clear so I headed for Ottawa, Ontario. |

Made it to Willy O'Ree's driveway in Stittsville, Ontario (Ottawa) at 1900 hrs (EST)(402 kms). Had a great visit with Willy, Judy and the kids (Jessica and Andrew). |
