This is the biography of Beyond the Flesh.
We started sometime in the fall of '99 but then under the name Shadows
Beyond Fatality We decided to play
old-school Death Metal, but then we changed us after we had done
a couple of songs and moved on to some-
kind of Doom-Metal, then we realized that we all wanted to play faster yet brutal so we
changed back to were
it all began with Death-Metal and changed our name to Carnage,
and realeased our first demo in 2000: The
Horror Cult. After we had sold a few demos, we got many questions about our name
and due to all misconce-
ptions being the old Death Metal
legends by the name Carnage we changed our name to Beyond The Flesh
which suitet well with our concept (Horror Death Metal) and we released the demo again in new edition
with
diffrent cover-art. In the beginning of 2001 our bass player Olle decided to leave the band and later on so did our
guitarist & music-writer Kalle. In 2001 we ceased to exist, but you never know if we'll come crawling back...
