ROCK

  • Pearl Jam
  • Pearl Jam is my favorite band in this whole wide world! Eddie Vedder has the most ecxellent singing voice than anyone else in the business. I saw them in concert on June 29th 98' at the United Center, and let me tell you that it was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST concert I have ever been to in my life, if you couldn't go...oh well. I was reminded of why they are my favorite band. They can play! If you want to check out a cool P.J. page, this is the one.

  • The Hellacopters
  • The 'Copters are the best "HIGH ENERGY ACTION ROCK" band to come out of Sweden! Forget ABBA, these guys will kick your ass with their sonic blasted guitars. They are claimed as the future of rock and roll! Listen and you will understand why. FIRE IN YOUR ASS ROCK AND ROLL FOREVER!!

  • Nirvana

Nirvana will always be one of my most adored bands. Kurt Cobain knew how to put those power chords together. Go and check out some great Nirvana homepages and learn more about the band whose music will never die. Or go to Nevermind.

Listen to these great "unreleased" song by Nirvana called Opinion, and Return of the Rat.

  • Dead Moon
  • This Seattle based band may not be that well known in the U.S., but head over to Europe and I bet you half of the people there know of Dead Moon. They are such a great band, and you want to talk about heart and soul put into music? Fred Cole will drive right through you with the fierce sonic sounds that come from his guitar! Do yourself a favor and dive into the Dead Moon.

  • The Beatles
  • Here I present to you a page dedicated to the four greatest musicians that lived. If it weren't for The Beatles there would not be modern music as we know it today! For all of you music fans out there...these are the guys you need to thank.

  • Venom
  • Venom are the fathers of "Black Metal". Their sound is so heavy and furious, it is certainly not for the light hearted. Cronos, Mantas, and Abaddon are as evil spirited as people can be, and their music shows it. Black Metal will live on forever and Venom holds the torch.

  • Rotting Christ
  • You are about to enter the realm of the Greek Gods of Black Metal. Rotting Christ have pioneered the style of Black Metal in Greece and have set the standards in Europe. Their melodic madness of darkness will make your skin crawl. Enter the Abyss if you wish.

  • Led Zeppelin
  • Zeppelin...are just awesome! I believe that they are the best band to come out of England in the 70's. Also, there has never been such chemistry between 4 members of a band like there was in Zeppelin. Thus, when Bonzo died, Zeppelin died.

  • The Misfits
  • The Misfits are one of the best punk rock bands that the U.S. has seen in the past 20 years. Once fronted by Glenn Danzig, The Misfits have grown to be an intense and powerful group that will put horror and fear in one's unsespecting soul!

  • Sepultura
  • Max Cavelera, what a frontman! This is the wildest thrash metal band of our time. It's too bad that they have broken up, but now Max is in "Soulfly."

  • Metallica
  • WHO ROCKS THE HARDEST?!? METALLICA! They are probably the only original Metal band that has not lost any of its popularity since the alternative revolution. In fact, they are probably more popular now than ever before. They have always been playing with a style that is razor sharp, and their music shows it!

  • Jimi Hendrix

Hendrix is the best guitar player that ever lived...hands down! I have been listening to Hendrix ever since I first got into music. He has influenced me in guitar playing in several ways. This link will take you to the best "Jimi" site on the net. LONG LIVE THE VOODOO CHILE!

  • The Smashing Pumpkins
  • The Pumpkins have to be the best band to come out of Chicago. I saw them at in Chicago in '96 at the Rosemont and they were excellent! This link will take you to absolutely the best Pumpkins page on the net. LONG MAY THEY ROCK!

  • I am also into Punk Rock, and you can't say "punk" without mentioning the Ramones. I saw them at Lollapalooza 96' in Illinois! They are definitely the best and LOUDEST punk band in the world! (My ears rang for three days after the show) I even got Johnny Ramone's autograph! Check out their official website. Or click if you want their complete Guitar tab collection. GABBA GABBA HEY!!

  • Guitar Wolf
  • These guys are one of the hottest punk/garage bands to come out of Tokyo. They are wild and they play kick ass punk rock and roll. They truly have the soul of punk in their blood.

  • The Hookers
  • The Hookers are THE WILDEST MOTHERFUCKERS IN ROCK AND ROLL HISTORY! They truly represent FIRE IN YOUR ASS ROCK AND ROLL! Just out of Kentucky, these boys will make you shit your pants from their fury!

  • The Damned
  • If you like punk rock, then I'm sure The Damned is not a new band to you. These guys rock HARD, and they rock LOUD! The Damned were one of the revolutionalry punk bands in the late 70's, that shaped the "raw" sound of punk rock.

  • The Melvins
  • The Melvins are a band that have been around quite a while, but I have not gotten into them until recently. What a rocking band!! No wonder Nirvana played with them often. I also had the great pleasure of meeting King Buzzo of the Melvins quite recently. Check out this great page while you're here.

  • Rage Against The Machine
  • Rage is one of the hottest acts out there today. They threaten a lot of people (especially politicians) because they tell the truth about society. They have very cool music though, and if you ever get a chance to see them in concert, do so. NOW! I saw them on Aug 29th '97, and it was INTENSE! FEAR IS YOUR ONLY GOD!!

  • Iron Maiden
  • I can't say enough good things about the best Heavy Metal Gods that walked the Earth. Maiden fueled my fire for music in the 80's and then came everything else. No other Metal band will ever compare to them. UP THE IRONS!! EDDIE...EDDIE...EDDIE! Or go to Best of the Beast.

  • The Stooges
  • The Stooges are the first (and greatest "punk" band ever. They are Iggy Pop's (the godfather of punk) first band. They formed in 1967 in Ann Arbor Michigan. This site is dedicated to this great band which paved the way for punk/alternative music today.

  • MC5
  • The MC5 is short for "Motor City Five". This band also came out of the same scene along with the Stooges. They were "punk" before punk, they were heavy before heavy metal, they were MC before MC Hammer! The MC5 is what "ROCK" truly stands for.

  • The Rolling Stones
  • They are oldies but goodies. They still know how to kick out Jams! Hey, if you haven't gotten into the Stones, checkout "Sticky Fingers" it's a great album to start with. I saw them at Soldier's Field in Chicago on Sept. 25th. Mick and the boys were excellent and in top form!

  • The Grateful Dead
  • I cannot make a music homepage without including them. For all of you DeadHeads out there, (and there is a little in all of us) you can go and see THE Dead homepage and take a "long strange trip."

  • Bob Marley
  • Bob Marley and the Wailers are definetely one of the major music groups of the century that have and will continue to inspire generations of musicians to come. No one knew the definition of "Jammin" than he did. May his legend live on.

  • AC/DC
  • Who knows how to Rock and Roll better than "Angus and Co."? I saw these guys on Sept 14th, 1997 and they absolutely KICKED ASS!! If you love AC/DC, check out this page, it is a treat to all fans.

  • Motorhead
  • Modern rock needs to pay homage to this great Metal band. "Ace of Spades" wil remain one of rock's major anthems, and it is well due! Motorhead kicks major ass, and they still rock to this day!

  • Frank Sinatra
  • No one is associated with the word "cool" like Frank Sinatra is. He is so "cool" in fact that he even has his own homepage! Go and see Old Blue eyes for yourself! You are the man Frank, we will never forget you! P.S. Sinatra's Christmas songs ROCK!!

  • Yanni
  • For all of you WILD AND CRAZY Yanni fans, this link offers you some insight to the life of the organist. (Oh Yanni, you radical, you!)
