True Love

The couple stood side by side,
Hand and hand so happily,
For they have no love to hide.
They've been together for quite sometime,
Gaze into each others eyes,
For the two to be apart would be a crime.
As he holds her with a strong grip,
She, willingly holds him closely.
Soft tender kiss they receice on each other lips.
Everyone knows how they feel,
People can sense the love, and the warmth
For it is not fake, it is real.
Each had found the perfect partner,
When they argue, it's not long before they find a cure.
They may be different races,
But it doesn't really matter,
To them they are just human beings,
Who have the same feelings and power.
Each can tell what mood they are in,
Whether they are happy or sad,
Hurt or confused,
Nothing can make the relationship go bad.
If one falls the other gives a helping hand,
To show them everyone makes mistakes.
They've always wanted to live by a beach,
With white shiny sand.
Later down the road they have that wish,
They own a big house, near the blue water,
So near they can see the colorful fish,
And their love is still as strong.
Years down the road,
They've become aged,
And their love is as strong as ever.
As one becomes very sick,
The other stands by their side,
Waiting to hear the heart tick.
There was a loud noise,
Doctors and nurses rushed in,
The other lost their poise,
They dropped to their knees,
As they carried the other out of the room,
As they mumbled "Oh God Please, Please."
Now they both reunite,
Up in the deep blue sky,
they are happy as can be.
Younger people still talk about,
This love they had down on Earth,
As people talk a heart cloud forms,
With help from the loving couple above.
