Clairvoyance still rains terror on anyone who sees them. Outstanding originals mixed with Slayer covers, as always. Some people were taken aback by their performance. Let me tell you something these guys are hardcore to the core, no sugar and cheese. With vocals that will stop at nothing to beat your eardrums. For you flip-fucks who think Slipfuck is king of....anything, check out the solos of Mario and Isaac(sp), oh yeah and fuck Slipcock. Kiko is the happiest kid on the block. The way Kiko plays drums makes Paul Bustoff (Slayer,Testament, etc.) blush like a father. These guys champion the cause of all hardcore metal.
Sincerely Yours was sincerely repetitive. Open power chords in old school Deftone fashion. I saw none of the antics spoken about the 4/20 show. Vocals were weak like Gabe from whatever Blown calls themselves now. Bling pling bling, sounds from a song. Their "album" ,if it may be called so, was professionally done. Not the music but the recording was good. These guys go in the bin with Deftones, Tool , and Tom Petty.
I regretfully refuse to ever again review Lordiel. I say regretfully but I just can't, actually. They will always rock. The Vultures of Sin jammin their asses off. You know it and I forever know it. So I spare those of you who read my reviews (Thanks for the support, even the "fuck you's") the repetitive jumbo. The Lordiel guys have been the ABSOFUCKINGLUTE BEST friends ever. What can I say that I haven't before. They have impacted me so magically I now know truly where I am, and what I stand for. STRONGER THAN ALL. And to the Blunt Brothers, Before Schoolers, Just Plain Smokers, and the May Puke Bros. you know who you are,( wow...excellent...I am so shocked) life has been heaven so the future will be nothing less than immortality. For whatever comes after...who knows.
