Bio:
MICHAEL GRUBER (Tin Man/Hickory) Broadway credits: Mike in A Chorus Line, Munkustrap in Cats, Hortensio in Kiss Me, Kate, the Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz (with Roseanne) and original companies of Swing!, Miss Saigon and My Favorite Year. Favorite regional productions include: Bobby Child in Crazy For You (PCPA Theaterfest), Don Lockwood in Singin' in the Rain, Young Ben in Follies (with Ann Miller), and Fingers in Red, Hot and Blue (all at the Paper Mill Playhouse), Jud in Oklahoma (Arizona Theater Co. directed by Vivan Matelon), Wizzer in Falsettos (Allicance Theater, Atlanta), Lucky in Dames At Sea (Goodspeed Opera House), Riff in national and European Co. of West Side Story, Billy in Anything Goes (5th Ave. Theater, Seattle), Michael in Smokey Joe's Cafe (Sacramento Music Circus) and Cousin Kevin in the '99 concert tour of Tommy. As a composer, Michael has written, along with his collaborator Jennifer Allen, three original musicals: Hit it, Mike!, The Old Dead Five and Vegas Organic.
