After everyone cleared the stage from the rehearsal, Nick and Brian went down and sat in the front row of seats.
"So what do you think Trinity is going to be like?" Brian asked as Nick cringed as he thought of Serenity.
"Hopefully nothing like her sister. I put up with one bitch long enough. I don't want to put up with another." Nick said.
"I sure hope you are not referring to Alex." Brian laughed.
"Hell, no. I love Alex with all my heart. I would never question my love for her." Nick replied and began to drink out of his water bottle.
Just then, the friends were interrupted by someone tripping.
"Are you okay?" Brian exclaimed and helped her up.
"Y...y...yeah. I'm sorry. I was just coming to find out which of you 2 is Nick." Trinity stuttered.
"I'm Nick. Are you sure you are okay?" Nick asked.
"Oh, yeah. I just was told not to get too close to you, because you have a reputation for being a player." Trinity was surprised she was saying this to him.
"Did your sister tell you that?" Brian questioned.
"Yeah. But I think she was lying." Trinity nodded.
"Let me tell you something. I only went out with your sister because I wanted to hide my love for my current girlfriend, who I dated for 3 years. I have never been a player and never will." Nick said, pissed off that Serenity was spreading such rumors.
"I figured. Plus the fact that she was high 3/4 of the time you were going out with her, it was probably the drugs talking. I think she really loved you and that's why she was telling me to stay away from you. So when she gets out of rehab she thinks she can come back to you." Trinity chuckled.
"Won't she be surprised to find out that you and Alex are like this close to marriage." Brian laughed, causing Nick and Trinity to both crack up, as well as himself.
Leighanne, Alex, Amanda, Ebony, and Linna walked in with the bags of food from a variety of places.
"Hey, Alex, why don't you just go find Nick. We don't wanna hear about how happy you two are anymore." Amanda laughed.
"Thanks." Alex blushed, then located where hers and Nick's food was. Her eyes scanned the arena to locate the familiar blond hair. Ahhh. The front row with Brian and...Serenity?!
Alex's eyes went wide as she saw Nick and Brian both laughing while talking to her.
"Maybe he didn't love me." Alex whispered and turned around to bump into someone.
"Alex? Are you okay?" AJ asked, seeing his best friend close to tears.
"No, you can see that almost as well as I can." Alex whimpered and began to walk away. AJ Looked over to where Alex was referring. There was Nick and Brian talking and laughing with Trinity. He had to chuckled.
"I don't think it is the least bit funny." Alex snapped.
"That's not Serenity. That's the replacement dancer and Serenity's twin sister, Trinity. She seems to be a lot nicer then Serenity." AJ chuckled, then pulled Alex into a hug.
"So, that's not Serenity?" Alex whispered.
AJ just smiled and shook his head. Alex smiled and then she kissed AJ's cheek and walked over to where Nick was.
"Nick. I do believe that there is some one to see you." Brian said seeing Alex walking up behind him.
Nick spun around and broke into a huge smile. Alex blushed and set the bag of their food down before Nick ran over and picked her up and spun her around in circles, before pulling her in for a kiss.
"I take it that is his girlfriend." Trinity laughed.
"Yeah. We better leave before they start having sex right here." Brian laughed.
"Good idea." Trinity nodded.
