A small note about the authors:
Alvin Yong - Investigator/Researcher and Interpreter, Programmer
Alvin (24) is studying Information Technology at the Australian National University in Canberra and has also completed a previous degree in Arts (Economics) and has a year’s experience as a Network Administrator/Systems Engineer. Alvin has also (apparently) completed a MSCE plus Internet. As an ex-international hockey player, it is rather unbelievable that he contains such an interest in sociology, but Alvin's deep interest in Popper’s theories has shown to develop quite a mad character, especially as he is the newest member of the cult “Popper’s People” based in Canberra - a group that celebrates Popper’s ideals and beliefs about theory.
Charith Chandrasiri - Researcher and Interpreter
Charith (20) is also studying Information Technology at the Australian National University, and he has experience in software programming such as Visual Basic, Java. C++ and SQL, Fortran, COBOL and LISP. During the last two years, he has also worked part-time at a leading company as a Systems Analyst. After a near death experience, he turned to Popper for some understanding and strength and as a result, Charith now leads the famous “Popper’s People” cult in Canberra.
Rhynah Subrun - Lead Investigator/Researcher and Interpreter
Rhynah (19) is studying a dual degree in Science and Commerce at (yep, you guessed it) the Australian National University, and has worked for 6 months as an Administrative Officer at the IDP Education Australia, Branch in Mauritius (Mauritius is a tropical island near Madagascar). Rhynah has completed a course in Sociology and Philosophy and is now an active member of “Popper’s People”. Rhynah has loved Popper’s ideas and theories ever since she was a child, and now has written two articles on modern philosophy in TIME magazine (which has yet to be published). Her strong views on what Popper actually meant has allowed for everyone else’s ideas to be instantly rejected, so the fine information you have seen today is the result of Rhynah’s “Mind Of Popper”.
Silas Barnes - Webmaster/Programmer and Researcher
Silas (19) is studying Information Science (Computer Science and Information Systems) at the Australian National University. Silas has been into programming since the tender age of 12 and is now proficient in over 10 programming languages. As a Network Administrator for the Australian Commandos, Silas is an odd character, but seems to be the only one who can put together a website for Popper. Skydiving, scubadiving, snowboarding and skiing are all sports Silas succeeds in. Silas has been a hacker since 15 and is now returning to the Australian Army to try to get a bit of action in East Timor. The “Divine Light” of Popper pierced Silas’s mind without invitation in 1999, and has continued to exploit his mind with hypothetico-methodological phenomena and falsification. Another member of “Popper’s People”, Silas enjoyed creating this website.
