Anything with a star beside it, is to be said aloud.
Face North and draw an invoking pentagram.
*I summon the forces Earth. Let your renewing strength bury all ills
and open new paths before me.
Face East and draw an invoking pentagram.
*I summon the foreces Air. Blow out the old and bring in the new on
your winds of change.
Face South and draw an invoking pentagram.
*I summon the forces of Fire. Blow away my regrets and shine your gentle
rays upon me for growth.
Face West and draw an invoking pentagram.
*I summon the forces of Water. Cleanse me of all negativity and purify
my thoughts.
