To Restore Harmony
Take a white candle and dress it with "Peace n' Protection" oil,
Then over the candle chant;"Peace come to me I make it so in days
of three as is my will so mote it be." All the time envisioning
whatever has caused this upset state dissappearing.
Song Stuck In Your Head
Take a bar of soap, jump in the shower and soap yourself up.
Then sing the song as you rinse. Visualize the words and the
melody slipping down the drain as the soap rinses from your
body.
To Make The Stars Light Up The Night
This is best done during the warmer months. On a stary night take
dried Lucuma and toss it into a fire. After a few minutes you will
notice that the stars are swirling in the sky.
