Percy Weasley (to me it's Perceival Weasley), is the second HeadBoy in the Weasley family (Bill was the first). Percy was also a Prefect. Perceival has absolutely no talent in Quidditch. He is obsessed with Cauldrans and hates Cauldran leaks, and totally hates anyone breaking rules. Percy works in the Ministry of Magic, he is an odd fellow with a very big-head. He has a girl-friend "Penelope Clearwater" who was also a Prefect at Hogwarts. Perceival hates anything funny, he hates messing around. He wouldn't recognize a joke if it danced around naked in front of him!!!!!
