More Herbal Teas
1)Gingerroot Tea = 1 medium piece
gingerroot, boiling water-Peel and chop the
gingerroot
into small pieces. Boil for half and hour. Strain.
Serve. Good for colds, flues
and hangovers.
2)Pick-Me-Up Tea = Half Tsp. Rosehips,
Half Tsp. Peppermint, Half Tsp. Hibiscus.
3)Dream Tea = 2 Parts Rose Petals, 1
part mugwort, 1 part peppermint, 1 part jasmine
flowers, half part cinnamon-mix, add 1 tsp. to a
cup of boiling water, let steep covered
for a few minutes. Drink before going to bed.
4)Headache Tea = Equal amounts, mint,
chamomile, rosemary, lavender, white
willow bark-mix well, allow to steep in boiling
water for 4-5 minutes.
5)Relaxation Tea = Half tsp. lemon balm
leaves, quarter tsp. lavender, half tsp.
linden flowers, half tsp. chamomile.
6)Rose Petal Tea = 2 cups freshly
picked petals of dark red roses, 1 litre water,
honey-Place petals in a tea pot. Pour boiling
water in, cover and brew 10 minutes.
serve hot or iced.
7)English Rose Tea = Half cup dried red
rose petals, 2 Tbsp. Dries lemon balm, 1 Tbsp.
dried rosemary-mix well.Use 1 tsp. for each cup.
