In 1997, Jennifer's first feature film was 'Picture Perfect.' She played a 28 year-old ad-executive named Kate Mosely, who desperately wanted her career to progress. So her best friend convinces her boss Kate is engaged to Nick, (a man she'd only met once!) and Kate is promoted! But when her co-workers want to meet her Prince Charming, Kate must track down her stranger and pay him to have dinner with her and her company. It all goes well until Kate's lying becomes too much for everyone, and Nick finds himself falling for her (who wouldn't?) This movie is utterly romantic, with a lot of reality in it too. Some critics didn't like it, but I think Jennifer did an excellent job, and it was a great first movie for her.
