Hello, I am going to be your daughter's camp leader.
From May 21 - 23, 1999, we will be camping at Graves Island Provincial Park, about a 45 minute drive from Halifax, Nova Scotia. The directions to camp will be attached to this notice. All Pathfinders are to be at Graves Island for 7:00 p.m. on Friday night. It is VERY important that you eat a good supper before you come because we will not be having supper at camp that night! Your drives are to pick you up at Graves Island at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday morning!

The cost of this camp will be approximately $20.00 per camper for the whole weekend. This amount includes all the campers fees such as food, tent fee, park fee, etc. Remaining money left over will be divided among our group evenly. Please make this amount into a cheque payable to Girl Guides of Canada.
I have also attached a health form to this notice, which all blanks should be filled out and handed back to me before MAY 13 along with your cheque and permission slip! These are very important to be handed in on time. I have also made up a kit list as a guide to help get you packed.
