So warm up your VCRs, your TiVos, your Replays--whatever--because this is a big night for television. At 8 p.m., there's the series premiere of Aaron Spelling's latest trashy (in a good way) prime-time soap Titans (NBC), a Dynasty-meets-Melrose Place schlockfest that brings back that Spelling specialty, good bad TV. Meanwhile, over on the WB, there's the fourth-season premiere of Dawson's Creek, which finds Joey and Pacey returning home to face Dawson and the gang, all of whom are wondering if the two lovebirds did or didn't...you know...during their summer of love on Pacey's boat. Then at 9, there's the much-anticipated season premiere of the Emmy-winning West Wing (NBC), which reveals who got shot in last spring's presidential assassination attempt. And back across the dial on the WB at 9 p.m., it's the third-season premiere of Felicity, which finds the gang ready for junior year with Felicity and Ben shacking up, Javier becoming a student and Noel...married to the Doritos chick?
