Beaded Butterfly Necklace
Barbara Price was born in Akron, Ohio November 11, l941. Through the years she has lived in such picturesque places as Scottsdale, Arizona, Denver, Colorado and Half Moon Bay, California.
In 1994 she moved to Belen, New Mexico where the sunsets and the New Mexico landscape stirred the fires of creativity in her, and she began designing and beading spirit and medicine bags.
While her work is primarily worn as jewelry they have been worn by healers and medicine women to hold their sacred objects.
